Harvest Child Care Ministries in Duffield, VA (a children’s home for abused, abandoned & troubled children) is hiring Youth Care Specialists (shift work hrly position) to perform direct care for children in our shelter. Must be able to work nights and rotate week-ends. FT& PT positions available. Also seeking Houseparents (single or couple) (rotating live in position 7 days on / 7 days off) to serve children in our group homes. Successful candidates will hold at least a High School Diploma and six months experience working with youth through professional, church, or civic organizations; have a strong, conservative spiritual history and a desire to serve on a ministry team to troubled children.
